How do I start and stop transcription mode?

Transcription mode in Student Settings allows the user to use Speech to Text to add their words directly to a student session.

To start or stop transcription mode, hold down the Chat button on the remote.

When transcription mode is active, you'll notice the usual orange icon in the top right corner of your screen has been replaced by a blue icon.
