What is the procedure for NYC DOE Schools to gain access?

*This article only applies to schools within the NYC DOE.* 

After purchasing Merlyn Origin, the school IT admin will have to request access to our two apps from these locations.

For the chrome extension: DIIT Extension Request
- The extension you need: Merlyn Extension

For the desktop application: Submit a DIIT ticket
- The application you need is called "Merlyn Origin"

You will need to include the following information in your request:

• School requesting access
• Emails and names of the teachers that will need the software
• Serial number for the device that needs the software installed
