Action: Contact your School/District Administrator to check license assignment or renewal. |
| Login Successful, but Feature Fails | Action: Log out completely and log back in to force a roster re-synchronization. |
D. Final Check and IT Admin Escalation
- Run Diagnostic Tool: Run the tool and send the log file to your Admin.
- Admin Check: Spelling is Critical! (For IT Admin): Before contacting Merlyn Support, please double-check the spelling of the teacher's email address in the management console (manage.merlyn.org).
