You are seeing messages like "No Active License" or are prompted to log in.

 

License Status Diagnostics

App Status/Error Message Action/Resolution Path
"Click here to sign in" Action: Log in with your school email.
"Incorrect Region" Action (Self-Service): 1. Open the overlay, click Account icon, and select "Change Region." 2. Or, log out and select the correct region before logging in.
"No Active License" / "License Expired"

Action: Contact your School/District Administrator to check license assignment or renewal.

Admin: Add the user email address to the roster.

Login Successful, but Feature Fails Action: Log out completely and log back in to force a roster re-synchronization.


 

D. Final Check and IT Admin Escalation

  1. Run Diagnostic Tool: Run the tool and send the log file to your Admin.
  2. Admin Check: Spelling is Critical! (For IT Admin): Before contacting Merlyn Support, please double-check the spelling of the teacher's email address in the management console (manage.merlyn.org).
