Pairing your Merlyn remote

If your Merlyn remote is not recognized by your computer or lighting up when you press the microphone button, it may need to be re-paired with the USB receiver. 

To reset the pairing for your remote, first unplug the USB dongle from your computer for at least 15 seconds. 

On the remote, press and hold "Mission Control" (bottom left button with the rectangles)+ "Thumbs Down" (bottom right button) for longer than 3 seconds to delete pairing. The red indicator light with flash to indicate pairing has been deleted.

Next, press and hold "Back" (left button underneath the d-pad with an arrow) + "2" (right button underneath the d-pad) to start pairing with the receiver. The indicator light will flash blue to indicate pairing was successful.

While the blue light is flashing, re-insert the USB dongle into the computer. The lights on the remote should blink blue quickly, then stop blinking to indicate pairing was successful.
