Prior to September 2024, Merlyn operated mainly in the USA. If you are located outside of the US, please follow these steps to claim your organisation and activate your Merlyn remotes.
Reclaiming your Organisation
1. Navigate to the Merlyn management console.
2. If you're already signed in, Logout using the link in the upper right-hand corner.
3. On the initial login page, click change region just under the login options and choose UK/Europe before clicking Continue.
After logging in, you will be prompted to claim your organisation again. Search for your school and click Claim on the right.
Once your school is claimed, you can add Admins and upload your Roster to share access with your teachers.
Activating your licences
In your district email, you should have received a message titled "Activate Your Merlyn License" from licensing-no-reply@merlyn.org. Click the Activate link within the email and you'll be prompted to enter the number of licences from your order and select your organisation from the drop-down:
Desktop Application
From the Merlyn desktop overlay, click on the Account icon and choose Change Region:
Click on the drop-down and choose UK/Europe and Save:
Click Proceed in the next pop-up window. The app should restart:
